Studio+: Printing Files

This article shows you how to perform this task in both Classic and New experiences.

Steps for Classic Experience

There are multiple ways to print files in Studio+.

Print individual files from the file list screen 

  1. Find the file you would like to print. 
  2. Right-click or click the 3-dot menu to the right of the file row. 
  3. Select Print.

Print individual files from the preview file screen

  1. Find the file you would like to print. 
  2. Double-click into the file to view it. 
  3. Click the 3-dot menu and select Print.

  4. Choose to print with or without a watermark. Keep in mind that the option to print the original is based on your permissions in Studio+.

  5. Select your printer preferences and click Print. 

Print multiple files at once

  1. Select the files you want to print by clicking the file rows by clicking the circles to the left of each file name. 
    Select Files FROM C&C Folder
  2. Click the Bulk-Action button in the top right of the page.

  3. Select Print.

  4. Review the selected files. To remove a file from the list, click the X.

  5. Choose to print with or without a watermark. Keep in mind that the option to print the original is based on your permissions in Studio+.

  6. In the print preview window, scroll to see each individual file.

  7. Select your printer preferences and click Print. 

Steps for New Experience

There are multiple ways to print files in Studio+.

  1. Find the file you would like to print. 
  2. Click the 3-dot menu to the right of the file row. 
  3. Select Print.

  5. Select your printer preferences and click Print.

  1. Select the files you want to print by clicking the file rows by clicking the circles to the left of each file name. Then click Print in the bulk action menu bar at the bottom of the page:

  2. Choose to print with or without a watermark. Keep in mind that the option to print the original is based on your permissions in Studio+.
