Things to keep in mind:
- All crew members coming through Start+, who are registering for MyCast&Crew will require a W-4.
- Start+ offers sent for any of the following work states: AK, FL, NH, NV, SD, TN. TX, WA, and WY will be required to complete a Federal State W4.
