Updated Terms of Employment table for Non-Union, hourly-state law rules and hourly-guaranteed weekly schedules (e.g., Schedules A & B). This update will:  

• Prevent Hiring Managers from manually overriding the Overtime Rate when these schedules are selected. 
• Overtime Rate will continue to be automatically calculated at 1.5x the Hourly Rate entered.
