This release included the following updates:  

Offer Drafts! 

• Offer Drafts will allow Hiring Managers to pause and save their progress in creating an offer. They can save and name their draft, leave the page, return, and load their draft to resume creating the offer where they left off. This will save Hiring Managers time if they don’t know all the offer details when creating a new offer by allowing them to save their progress and resume it at a later time.  
  

• • More Details: 
    • Drafts are only visible to the unique Hiring Manager and not shared with other Hiring Managers. 
    • Draft names must be unique per Hiring Manager profile per project and must have 3-40 characters.  
    • Drafts can be updated and resaved.  

• • • Drafts can be used to fill in the Create Offer fields for new offers.  
    • Drafts will be deleted when: 
      • The draft offer is completed by the Hiring Manager and sent to the Reviewer or Crew Member.  
    • The Hiring Manager manually deletes the draft.  
    • 30 days have passed since the last updated date.  

• • • An email reminder will be sent to the Hiring Manager at 7 a.m. PST on the 25th day reminding them that the draft offer will expire in 5 days.
