PSL+: How to Uninstall Outdated PSL Programs From Your Computers

Once your PSL+ migration is complete, follow this guide to uninstall previous versions of PSL from your Mac or Windows computer.

Before we begin, please do not uninstall the previous version of PSL until after your migrations have been completed. If your migration has not been completed yet, please come back to this guide once it is complete.  

If you’re unsure, please refer to the migration dates listed in the email sent by Cast & Crew to plan accordingly.

Mac Users

1. Locate and open the “Finder” window on your desktop, as shown below: 
2. Once you’ve located the PSL application, right-click it and select Move to Trash. Empty the trash bin and it will be removed from your computer. 
3. If you are asked for a username and password to complete this action, please enter the username and password of an administrator for your Mac. 
4. The previous PSL version has now been removed from your Mac computer. 

Windows Users

1. Locate the PSL application on your computer, generally on your desktop. 
2. Once you’ve located the PSL application, right-click it and select Delete. This will send the file to your trash. Empty the trash bin and it will be removed from your computer.  
3. If you are asked for a username and password to complete this action, please enter the username and password of an administrator for your computer. 
4. The previous PSL version has now been removed from your Windows computer.
