We made the process for creating a new account and managing passwords easier than ever – without diminishing security. Check out a few highlights below for what new users will see. 

A Faster Experience  
The new-and-improved design creates a simple and streamlined approach. This will help cut down the amount of time it takes to complete the account creation process. Learn more about the updated password creation process here. 

Track Your Progress  
We introduced an account creation process tracker. New users can see where they are in the account creation process and when they're almost done.  

Making Passwords Simple  

We took the guesswork out when creating a new password and added a helpful password tool that includes a real-time requirement check and text reveal field.  

No Password? No Problem 

Our new self-service recovery options allow you to confirm your identity and reset your password quickly and securely – without having to call Cast & Crew Support. This self-service feature is also available for account lockouts.
