This release includes the following enhancements:

  • When all timecards in a batch are ready for the payroll accountant, an email notification will be sent to the payroll accountant
  • Department heads, payroll accountants and reviewers can now easily see the current approver for all timecards
  • Time entry is now based on industry-standard 24-hour time format
  • Time entries now have additional validations
  • Cleaned up some formatting on batch reports
  • Batch reports for incomplete batches now show a “For Review” watermark
  • Fixed a bug that sometimes caused notifications to go to the payroll coordinator instead of the reviewer
  • Fixed a bug that sometimes caused crew timecards to go into a rejected state
  • Fixed a bug that sometimes caused rejected timecards to create a duplicate timecard
