Note: If an employee has already completed documents, you will be unable to remove them. |
Step 1. Navigate to the Document Distribution and Action screen, and remove any forms assigned to the employee.
Step 2. In the Cast and Crew List, select the employee and click EDIT in the top right corner. You will see a list of occupations associated with the employee.
Step 3. To remove the employee from a project (or occupation), click the red X next to the role or project that you want to remove. Then click SAVE.
Step 4. Once this is complete, if you have removed the employee from all projects, you can click Delete in the top right to remove the employee completely.
