Adding a Reimbursement or a Comment
Step 1. Navigate into the timecard.
Step 2. Click EDIT.
Step 3. A pop-up will appear. Click RECALL.
Step 4. You are now able to adjust the timecard as needed.
Changing the Hours
Step 1. Click RECALL. Then click Cancel in the bottom right of the screen. Then click Reject in the bottom right of the screen.
Step 2. A pop-up will appear in which you can record why are you are rejecting the timecard.
Step 3. Click EDIT and update the timecard as needed.
Step 4. After updating the timecard(s), resend them via batch transfer to your payroll representative.
