Step 1. Click the My Timecards tab.
Step 2. Verify you are in the correct Production Company and click Create.
In some cases, a timecard may have already been automatically created for the employee by the system.
Step 3. Verify that the Project information and Week Ending look correct. Then click Create.
Step 4. Once the timecard has been created, it will be visible in the Timecards list on the left side of the screen. If you click the new timecard in that list, its details will appear on the right side of the screen.
Step 5. Click Edit.
Step 6. Enter the employee’s in and out times, including meal breaks.
- Call - what time the employee started the workday
- Meal 1 Out - when the employee left for their first meal (generally lunch)
- Meal 1 In - when the employee came back from their first meal (generally lunch)
- Meal 2 Out – when the 2nd meal break started (if needed)
- Meal 2 In – when the 2nd meal break ended (if needed)
- Wrap - when the employee finished the workday
Step 7. After entering the times, click Save.
Step 8. Click the Submit button and choose the reason from the dropdown for why you are submitting a timecard on behalf of the employee. If the reason is not listed, select Other and use the comment box to describe the reason.
Step 9. Enter your Password and PIN. Then click E-Sign.
Step 10. Once the timecard has been successfully submitted on behalf of the employee, you will see a popup message confirming that the timecard was submitted and that a copy of the timecard was emailed to the employee.
