Step 1. On the TTC Online login page, click Forgot Password at the bottom of the page.
Step 2. On the following page, enter the email address associated with your TTC Online account and confirm the Captcha text. Then click Submit.
If your submission was successful, you will see confirmation text that a password reset email has been sent to the email address associated with your TTC Online account.
Step 3. Check the email account associated with your TTC Online account. You will receive an email with subject line “Reset Your Password” from no-reply@theteamcompanies.com. Click the Reset link.
Step 4. On the Reset Password page, enter a new password and select Submit. Please note the password requirements:
- 8-10 characters in length
- At least one number
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one special character
Step 5. If your password reset was successful, you will be taken to the TTC Online login page with the banner “Your password has been reset”.
