Step 1. From the TTC Online homepage, click the production for which you want to create a packet.
Step 2. Under Cast & Crew, click Onboarding.
Step 3. On the left side of the menu bar, click Documents & Packets.
Step 4. On the right of the screen in the Packet List section, click New to create a new packet.
Step 5. On the popup, enter the name that you choose for the new packet and click Create.
Step 6. Ensure that your new packet is selected under the Packet List area. Under Documents, check the boxes next to the documents that you want to include in the new packet. If you don’t see a document that you want to include, contact TTC Online support at servicedesk@theteamcompanies.com.
Step 7. Click the arrow under Copy selected documents into Packet.
Step 8. Once the documents appear in the Documents box in the lower right corner of the screen, your packet has been successfully created. You can edit which documents are in your packet at any time.
