Step 1. To add someone to the roster of available crew, go to TTC Online's homepage and click the production company under My Productions to which you wish to add the crew member.
Step 2. Under Cast & Crew, click Cast & Crew List.
Step 3. Click Add to open the Add New Person to Production popup window.
Step 4. Enter the crew member’s email address and click Search. If the person already has a TTC Online account, their account will appear and you can add the individual to the roster of crew your production company can choose to work with. If the person does not have a TTC Online account yet, click the New Account button.
Step 5. Enter the crew member’s name and occupation.
IMPORTANT: There are two options within Production Access:
- Allow this person to access the Production online: This gives the person administrative access to your company's projects. The person who will be approving paperwork and timecards should have the box checked. The typical employee should NOT have such access as they will be able to see information about all other employees working on that project.
- Send this person a Production invitation: This is checked by default and should apply to all employees you add.
Click Add.
Step 6. After the Add New Person to Production popup closes, click Save. At this point, the crew member will appear in your Cast & Crew list. (Invited) will print next to their name until they accept the invitation to join your production.
