Please note: These directions apply to creating a box rental form within an existing timecard. Please create the timecard before following these instructions.
Step 1. Click on the My Timecards tab.
Step 2. Select the timecard you will be working on from the list of available timecards. This will highlight the timecard in blue and display it on the right side of the page.
Step 3. Click the Box Rental tab.
Step 4. Click the Edit button. Then click the Create Form button.
Step 5. Enter a dollar amount followed by an inventory detailing the items in your box rental. If needed, add additional comments.

Note: A box rental means the production is paying you for wear and tear on equipment that you own and which you used on the shoot. Amounts for a box rental typically fall within $30-50 per week depending on the size of the shoot. |
Step 6. Click Save.
Step 7. After successfully saving, the amount for your box rental will be listed within the Box Rental tab.
