Onboarding Walkthrough for Crew Members
Step 1. You will receive a welcome email any time you are added to a new production company. If you have not yet created a TTC Online account, click the welcome email and complete setting up your account. However, if you already have a TTC Online account, no action is needed until you receive a second email alerting you to available documents being distributed to your account. Click the log into link to log into your account.
Step 2. Log in with your TTC Online credentials.
Step 3. After logging in, check the top menu to ensure that the correct Production Company and Project are displayed.

If needed, select the correct Production Company and Project and click APPLY.
Step 4. If you have not already completed the MY PROFILE section, click on the My Profile icon at the top of the page and complete all relevant information. This enables you to use the auto-fill functionality when filling out documents, making it faster and easier.
Step 5. Click the MY DOCUMENTS tab.
Step 6. Here, you can view all the documents that have been distributed to you and fill them out as necessary.
As you complete and sign documents, you will see the status changes reflected on the My Documents page. In the example below, the documents with the red icon still require the employee’s attention, the document with the yellow icon has been completed by the employee and automatically assigned to the employer for their approval, and the document with the green icon is completed and approved.
Step 7. To access timecards, click the MY TIMECARDS tab. For a walkthrough of how to submit a timecard, click here.
Document Troubleshooting
Direct Deposit Form
At the top of the form, be sure to select the action you want to take.
When uploading an attachment, note that the file size limit is 6MB, and that only JPG, PNG, PDF and GIF files will be accepted.
I-9 Form
If you click SIGN AND SUBMIT on the I-9 form without completing all required fields, you will see a Please make sure all fields are filled in correctly error message pop up at the bottom of the screen.
Ensure that if you do not have a middle initial, you fill in N/A in that M.I. field. Likewise, if you do not have an alternate last name, fill in the Other Last Names Used (if any) field with N/A.
