You can request a reissue of a check directly through your MyCast&Crew portal. This method is only available for eligible checks issued by Cast & Crew and CAPS.
Before getting started, log in to your MyCast&Crew account and click or tap the Pay Stubs tab in the top navigation. Then, follow these steps:
- Locate the payment that you’d like to have reissued and click or tap the 3 vertical dots located in the right corner of the pay stub square.
- If the payment can be reissued, you will see the 'Reissue' option available. Click or tap 'Reissue' to begin.
- Please note that not all payments can be reissued, especially if the payment has already been cashed in or is from Media Services.

- Review the address that the paycheck was mailed to and let us know if it’s correct.
- Note: Please allow up to 10 business days for mailed checks to arrive or 1 business day for direct deposits to process and reflect in your account. If your address is incorrect and it’s been less than 10 business days, you can request to cancel and reissue the check to the correct address.

- If the paycheck was mailed to the wrong address or you haven’t received it after 10 business days, follow the prompts on the screen to request a reissue.
- Select how you prefer to receive your reissued paycheck: mailed check or direct deposit.
- (Optional but recommended) If you don’t have direct deposit set up but would like to receive your reissued paycheck this way, click Exit and set up direct deposit. Setting up direct deposit ensures you’ll receive this reissued paycheck and future paychecks faster than ones that are mailed.

- Review and verify your address or direct deposit information. If anything is incorrect, you’ll have the option to update it.
- Let us know why you’d like this paycheck reissued by selecting one of the options shown on the screen.
- Click or tap Confirm and submit request.
- Once submitted, you'll receive a success message and a reference ticket number, which will appear on the reissued paystub. For any questions, contact the employee help desk and provide this ticket number.
